"Lehman Shock and V-Shaped Recovery"

In the midst of the Lehman shock in May 2010, I was entrusted with the management of a sales company covering the United States and Canada.

Just after starting the post, I studied and analyzed the strength & weakness of this sales company and drew a scenario of V-shaped recovery, but the future situation was not readable by anyone. At that time, we had to laid off half from total 630 employees, and I repeated to employees who left the company with irresponsible words "I’m very hard to lose your ability, but I will always call out when the economy returns.".

Two years later when the wave of economic recovery comes, I called out to those distant employees and most of them returned and also became the huge driving force for the company's V-shaped recovery, which became my unforgettable memory.
