Structure of Global Practitioner Initiative

Global Practitioners comprises twenty accomplished experts with industry or professional experience or a history of working abroad and the Project Management Office. Our members, each specialized in a different field, are committed to flexibly supporting your project as a team.

GP Committee: Members selected by the Global Practitioner Committee will oversee the direction of each project.

Regional Division: Based on their extensive overseas business experience, team members are divided into three regional groups – Asia, North America and Europe – in order to make best use of their accumulated expertise and networks. We will deliver you the best solution beyond industry and profession.

Industry Division: Team members are also divided by industry – Food, Automotive and Machinery, Electronics and Devices, and Individual Projects. Industry trends are reflected in the support we provide, regardless of region.

We select Global Practitioner members best suited to your project, taking into account their industry experience, the country or countries you are considering entering, and areas in which you require support.

Support Process

After listening to your needs, the Project Management Office will the select members who are the best fit for your project. We will then closely examine your current business challenges and propose solutions, project process and direction.
If you are satisfied with our proposal and terms, we will conclude a contract and conduct a deep dive of your challenges through detailed discussions. We will develop and present a concreate business plan by holding a series of meetings among the assigned members and others.

Inquiry

After receiving your inquiry, the Project Management Office and the Global Practitioner Committee will put together the best team for your project.

Consultation

In consultation with the designated team members, we will develop and propose the project direction and support measures to your company.

Contract

Subject to mutual agreement in terms of your request, direction and plan, we will draw up and sign a contract.

Supporting Consultants

Supporting consultants will propose a more detailed business plan based on the outlined support measures.

We will provide you with three plans to resolve the challenges you are facing in your business. After clearly defining the necessary areas of support, we will provide you with the best plan, including budget and business activities.

Project-based Support: We will help you implement the proposed action plan through a hands-on style of support.

Fixed-term Support: Hands-on support on a monthly basis. Global Practitioner experts will work together with you in Japan and overseas according to your needs.

Advisory Support: Hands-on support on a yearly basis. As a substantive member of your organization, Global Practitioner experts will work closely with you to solve your business challenges.

Business Support

Global Practitioner experts in each region, industry and profession will help and support you from various perspectives.

Marketing Support: We will provide marketing support based on research on your target market and local business trends, among other things.

Management Support: We will support you in operating your local subsidiary, including with personnel matters, general affairs and accounting.

Strategy Support: We will support you in developing business strategies by leveraging our local networks.

Sales Support: Global Practitioner experts with local knowledge will assist you with sales channel development and business expansion.

Talent Development: Project members will support you with developing local human resources.

Overseas Launch: We provide support to businesses looking to expand overseas for the first time from the planning stage to local launch.

We are accepting consultations on various stages, such as wanting to expand overseas from many companies, or already expanding, but wanting to expand further.
Twenty professional group GP experts will support you with a full support system centered on the team in charge.

IT

Our company has five overseas subsidiaries and plans to expand our presence and sales in Asia and Europe. We hope to find opportunities to grow our European business together with GP experts.

Molds

We specialize in molding plastics including for daily necessities and auto parts.
With more than fifty affiliated companies in China and some excellent designers, we hope to expand our domestic sales channels with the help of the GP team.

Japanese sweets

We are in the process of expanding our range of luxury Japanese sweets to e-commerce stores and other retailers. We would like to convey Japanese culture through Japanese sweets to affluent customers in Asia and are looking for promising opportunities to expand our new business with GP experts.

Recycling

For more than sixity years, we have made constant efforts to establish our recycling business in Japan. Given the limitations of the domestic market, we established factories in Asia but were forced to close our China plant due to COVID-19. We would like to expand our Asian business over the mid to long term with you.
