I had been worked for SOGO SHOSHA (big trading firm in Japan) for 43 years. During those periods I stationed in Michigan, USA as a Director branch administration for 6 years and in Jakarta, Indonesia as a Vice President in charge of administration for almost 4 years. In the USA I was in charge of all the administration issues and in Indonesia I was in charge of executive director of Japanese Society in Jakarta in addition to Vice President of the company. As an executive director of the Society I endeavored to solve the problems which occurred in Jakarta’s Japanese society.
As a Vice President of the company I struggled and succeeded to change the old-fashioned Human Resources Systems(HRS) like seniority systems to the new HRS. It was very difficult to persuade the local staffs!
Other than that I conducted auditor for more than 20 companies and as a chief internal Auditor(CIA) I audited a lot of related companies around 20 countries all over the world for 4 years.
After the audit I pointed out the problems & weaknesses and talked together with each companies how we could make better each company. All of the companies were improved of the governance anbrd the communications with the headquarters after all.
